Adobe Cloud Solutions Consultant, Delivery Lead

Join a team of Adobe experts and let's drive awesome results for Fortune 100 brands.

Delivery

The Role

Adobe programs rarely fail on architecture. They fail in the six weeks between a good design and a working implementation, when the AEP data work, the Analytics migration, the Target queue, and the AEM build are all moving at different speeds and nobody owns the answer to "where are we." That is this job. Direction is something we set together, and the architect carries it into the executive room. What you own is whether the week actually moves and how the projects fit into the big picture.

  • Partner on the story. Work with the customer's leaders and executives to drive the overarching narrative, and demonstrate how each workstream's impact advances their overall vision.
  • Run the cadence. Keep one delivery rhythm across the data, analytics, personalization, and content workstreams, and be the single accountable answer to where things stand.
  • Track scope and burn. Follow the work against the SOW, watch hours and deliverables, and raise drift early enough that it is still a conversation rather than a surprise.
  • Prepare the readouts. Assemble the status, risk, and progress material the architect takes into executive conversations, so those conversations start from facts rather than recollection.
  • Unblock the specialists. Clear the access, environment, approval, and stakeholder blockers that stall technical work, so the team spends its hours on the craft instead of chasing people.
  • Keep the record. Maintain decisions, actions, and dependencies so nothing important lives only in someone's head.

Why 5th Revolution

The Work Other Firms Can't Offer

We challenge the status quo and put data and technology first, so your energy goes into the outcome and the growth it creates, not the org chart.

  • Constant challenge from people at your level.
  • Actually build, at Fortune 100 scale.
  • Go wide, not siloed.
  • All technology, none of the politics.
  • Driven by results, not headcount or hours.

The Five Points

We hold every hire to the same five points, the five points of the 5th Revolution star. No one point carries a hire on its own, and no one point is a formality.

Business Communication & Leadership

You own the room and the outcome. You move fluidly between executive teams and delivery, framing everything in business value, and setting a direction cross-functional teams want to execute.

  • Translate fluidly between executive and technical audiences
  • Frame every decision in business value
  • Lead cross-functional delivery teams

Technical Breadth & Depth

Technical enough to hold your own with specialists, with the delivery discipline that makes a multi-workstream Adobe engagement predictable instead of hopeful.

  • Working across the Adobe Experience Cloud stack, hands-on or close to it in several of: AEP and Real-Time CDP, CJA, AJO, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Campaign, enough to follow the architecture, question an estimate, and spot a risk before it lands
  • Delivery discipline: backlog and dependency management, estimation, risk and change control. Method fluency (Agile, Scrum, hybrid) is assumed rather than the job itself
  • Commercial literacy: SOW and scope tracking, burn and utilization, and reporting a client executive can act on

Strategic Thinking

You get from "we need a CDP" to the real business goals, a sequenced roadmap, and an ROI case that wins executive budget, sequencing for fastest measurable value, not activity.

  • Turn vague asks into goals, roadmap, and an ROI case
  • Scope, size against product licensing, and set realistic timelines
  • Protect scope, schedule, and budget when reality pushes back

Drive to Learn & Grow, Together

You never accept the status quo. You stay current because you are genuinely curious, and you level up the whole team by learning alongside your peers.

  • Genuinely curious, always current
  • Level up the whole team, not just yourself
  • Best approach wins, regardless of title or tenure

Relevant Experience

You have run delivery on enterprise technology programs, owned the working-level client relationship, and been accountable for whether the week actually moved.

  • 2+ years running Adobe Experience Cloud delivery, or 5+ years in closely related delivery, technical PM, or customer success on enterprise programs
  • Coordinated multiple concurrent workstreams with senior stakeholders, whether agency-side or client-side
  • Adobe Experience Cloud program exposure strongly preferred; comparable enterprise martech considered

Compensation & Engagement

W-2 from day one. Hourly to start, converting to salaried. You are a 5th Revolution employee from your first day, not an agency placement and not a 1099 contractor. You start hourly and overtime-eligible on a longer-term engagement, and convert to a salaried role from there. We typically evaluate conversion within the first six to nine months. Conversion depends on mutual fit and on business conditions, so we will not promise a date we cannot control, and we will tell you where you stand rather than leave you guessing.

  • Competitive rate; total compensation reflects skill and impact, not just years
  • Annual certification and professional-development budget; conference attendance and speaking opportunities
  • Fully remote, up to ~10% travel. During the hourly phase your schedule is agreed in advance and all hours worked are recorded and paid, including overtime
  • Latest tools, hardware, and AI-enabled development environments

Pay range. During the initial hourly phase, this role pays $75 to $150 per hour. On conversion to a salaried role, the base salary range is $110,000 to $215,000 per year.

Be plain about the arithmetic. The two are not a like-for-like comparison. Hourly, you are non-exempt: you are paid for every hour you work, overtime included, and you carry the variability. Salaried, you are paid whether or not you are on a billable engagement, and overtime no longer applies. One trades stability for upside, the other trades upside for stability, which is exactly the choice conversion represents.

These are good-faith ranges. Actual compensation depends on experience, skills, and location.

Benefits. Paid sick leave and an annual certification and professional-development budget.
